London House Removals

This company were very communicative and dealt with all of our queries in a timely and satisfactory fashion. We had to change our removal destination at short notice, and include some objects we ended up taking that we didn't previously plan to (a big fridge/freezer was one of them!) with no change to the costs. They were prompt and correctly predicted the size of the vans needed to do the job and had all wraps and boxes ready for anything that needed extra packing (they packed up all of our plants into boxes which made it much easier and safer to transport them!). They arrived at the destination very quickly and had most of the contents out of the van and stored by the time we got there (we had people at the other end to direct them). I cannot fault them (other than the occasional box labeled "this way up", not being that way up!) but overall that really is a small thing compared to the service given and they are deserving of the 5-star review. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone considering a move that doesn't want to pay the outrageous costs of the "bigger" branded moving companies. These guys put in a lot of effort and really earned their service charge.

Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: $595

I used London House Removals for a short distance move. They were very flexible and patient as I had to rearrange the move several times due to being in a chain. During this time their communication was excellent, they were always responding and accommodating my needs.
They packed up everything very quickly and were then accommodating to keep the things in overnight storage (for an additional cost) as there was delay with my completion on the other end. When I finally got access to my new home, they were there quickly and unpacked without any problems.

Move size: 1 Bedroom Flat Service cost: £560

Our move was big but team worked so well. They packed everything very carefully and marked every box. Team was very helpful and extremely polite. As the move was big and consists of 5 bedrooms and we had stuff to move on three locations and it took 3 days in completion including packing and unpacking so we thought that will be stressful but London House Removals managed so well and made it very easy and stress free. We would highly recommend and definitely use again. Excellent service!!
